The Chemours Company has a Global Financial Governance Analyst position available at our headquarters in Wilmington, DE. This is a highly visible, key role within the Company and the finance function. This position will report to Enterprise Solutions & Vendor Management.

The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Tracks service provider’s overall fiscal performance, collects and assembles actual financial data.
  • Provides financial analysis as needed.
  • Provides data research and analytics for a holistic view of service provider relationship and performance.
  • Communicates key trends on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
  • Maintain & create Governance templates.
  • Provides ad hoc reporting as requested by the Controller, Governance Leader, Director of Finance Operations, and/or Finance Manager.
  • Provides relevant program notification to stakeholders via documented communications.
  • Uploads and manages business case tracking.
  • Provides support of governance for service provider audits.
  • Provides financial analysis for service provider contract and relationship changes such as scope changes, service changes, price changes, performance measurement changes, etc.

In order to be qualified for this role, you must possess the following:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
  • 3 -7 years’ experience with Big 4 or industry related experience in an accounting policy role
  • Expert-level experience in Excel (give examples: vlookup/index, pivot tables, etc.)
  • Good understanding of ITO/BPO markets, outsourcing governance, and supplier relationship management
  • Ability to follow process and provide continuous improvement suggestions for team effectiveness
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Strong ability to understand complex outsourcing financial metrics and pricing schemes
  • Experience with implementing and maintaining Financial Reporting and Tracking Tools
  • Strong oral and written skills
  • Self-directed, accountable, able to manage multiple tasks
  • Works well in teams with an ability to interact at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to work with virtual teams
  • Willing to work across different time-zone
  • Travel < 10% (international)
