EagleRider is in search of an enthusiastic Management Trainee to join our team. The management trainee mentoring program builds the foundation to becoming successful in the industry. You will gain real world professional business experience which can put you above the rest when you enter the job market. You will generate new business leads as well as foster existing customer relationships and ensure complete customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum Requirements:

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s, MBA or Master’s degree in General Management, Business, Information Systems, Project Management or related field of study with an expected graduation date on August 2017 or later. Recent college graduate.

Preferred:

Passion and knowledge of motorcycle industry

Knowledge/Skills/Attributes:

Strong verbal, oral and written communication skills

Highly organized with attention to detail

Strong project management required to consistently meet project deadlines

Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office tools to include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Ability to multi-task

Can do attitude!

Interested in pursuing a career in management
