Functional Analyst

Identify solutions to business requirements and leverage
configuration/functional skills to implement for assigned business clients.
Responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing development
documentation, configuring solutions, conducting thorough unit/integration
testing, and meeting customer expectations. Support and implement solutions
that will help optimize REI’s processes in efficiencies and cost savings.
Collaborate with other IT groups that develop software in support of projects,
enhancements and production support activities.

Bring your passion and expertise
Master’s degree* in Computer
Science, Information Systems, or MBA with Information Systems
major/concentration, or related degree or foreign degree equivalent; and three
years of experience performing business, systems, or functional analysis
focused on developing solutions for SAP functional modules including Finance
& Controlling, Sales & Distribution, and Materials Management, and two
years’ experience with each of the following:
SAP Inventory Management; IS retail; utilizing SAP Master data and
identifying the upstream and downstream master data impacts; SAP technical components and testing tools
including IDOCS, XML transformations, eCATTs, SAP integration with third party
applications and ABAP debugging; IBM Sterling Order Management System; HP
Quality Center; SOAP UI; SQL; performing Package System configuration; and
utilizing Waterfall, Agile, and SAP ASAP IT development methodologies.

*A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information
Systems, or a related technical field, or foreign degree equivalent; and five
years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience performing business,
systems, or functional analysis focused on developing SAP solutions is
acceptable in lieu of a Master’s degree and three years of this experience.
