Job Title : Java Developer ( SDET )

Location : Bentonville, AR

Position : Full time / Permanent position

Description:

Experience level : 3 to 6 years.

Experience in most of the following areas:

• White box testing, web app testing, mobile app test, regression testing, script/tool generation, test automation, CI/CD, test plan generation, documentation, problem solving/analysis, troubleshooting complex issues, and bug/defect tracking and reporting.
• Design, create, document and maintain test automation scripts/code
• Perform extensive functionality, integration, regression, interoperability and end-to-end system testing when necessary
• Work closely with Engineering and Operations teams to ensure that the highest quality software is deployed safely and quickly.
• Troubleshoot, analyze, and isolate defects and report them to a bug tracking database (JIRA)
• Communicate technical concepts/issues clearly to colleagues and review documents for technical content and accuracy
• Support other QA Engineers in the team as a technical expert and as an authority of policies and procedures followed in the department
• Very strong skills in Java or C# doing serious SW development and testing, also Python experience would be good
• Strong skills in test automation tools such as Web driver or Selenium/TestNG.
• Experience with Restful API
• Experience with Junit, TestNG
• Experience working with and configuring continuous integration systems (e.g. Jenkins)
• Experience working with Agile development teams
• Strong communication skills.

Plus:

• Experience in test suite like Protractor.
• JavaScript/Angular.js/Node.js testing experience
• Experience in a DevOps/micro services environment with CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with infrastructure automation software (Puppet, Ansible)
• Experience with Test-driven development (TDD)/Behavior-driven development(BDD).
