Full Time Customer Service Representative

Delta Dental of Arizona is seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Representative to join its Glendale-based team. The hours for this role are Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm.

Customer Service Representatives are the voice of Delta Dental of Arizona, handling telephone calls and written/electronic inquiries from our members, dentists, brokers, and other stakeholders. This fast-paced role involves providing accurate, timely information regarding coverage, claims, and general policy information.

The ideal candidate will have prior dental office and customer service experience. Knowledge of insurance reimbursement practices, deductibles, coordination of benefits, explanation of benefits, and dental terminology/coding is preferred. As this is a customer service role, exceptional communications skills are required. Routine math calculations are required. The ability to maintain strict confidentiality is an absolute must.
