Full Stack Web Developer

We need an outstanding PHP – MySQL junior web developer to help us build world-class website applications for our clients. We are a growing web design firm in downtown Tacoma area that has been in business for 15 years. We have an opening for the right person to work with our creative and cutting-edge web design team in our office. If you work for us, you will have a lot of impact. You’ll have ownership of the technical side of the websites we build together. You won’t be a cog in a machine with a narrow scope of work. If you have suggestions and ideas on technologies and practices, we’ll listen. We will want you to be able to research, select and implement technology platforms that will solve our clients’ business problems. We will value your input and value you.

We want somebody who already knows what they are doing but this position will allow you to grow and learn as you tackle new projects and implement new technologies.

You should be someone who stays on top of new technology and can create website applications that are organized, modular and efficient. We build beautiful, modern and functional custom websites for our clients, usually with WordPress, but also built from scratch, utilizing a responsive framework. We will need you to help us create custom backend applications, mostly utilizing PHP and MySQL for a variety of projects, such as ecommerce and other business systems.

Required:

– PHP/MySQL programming in a LAMP environment

– HTML/CSS – familiar with responsive frameworks
