Client works with top brands in the U.S. and worldwide: Adidas, Coach, L’Oreal, J Crew, Banana Republic, Timberland, Four Seasons, Hyatt, etc.

Client is looking for a Full Stack Engineer to provide technical innovation and development to its growing list of top-tier customers, develop applications that will serve as internal tools to maximize efficiency, and develop product prototypes and partner integration solutions. Core Technologies:

The Custom Development team primarily uses the following tech stack:

  • jQuery, AngularJS for front-end JavaScript
  • PHP for our core API
  • MySQL for core database supporting our API architecture
  • ElasticSearch for data indexing and caching
  • Git for version control

Note: We’re not limited to a specific technology to do the right job, as we believe in choosing the right tool for the right job and continue to explore new technology as we grow.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Responsible for developing a wide range of custom solutions, that meet both external client-facing and internal business-facing needs.
  • Deal with all phases of the project lifecycle: leading initial feasibility and technical assessment reviews, developing per requirements, and assisting bug resolution and contributing to post mortem discussions.
  • Work closely with the Custom Development team lead and the Solutions Architecture team on these projects throughout the lifecycle. Also partnering with the Engineering department when needed.
  • Research and investigate both new and existing technologies for the purpose of applied solutions and/or innovation.
  • Become the internal and external expert in the design and support of the API.

Education requirement:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related discipline is preferred. Candidates with relevant experience who hold other degrees will also be considered.

Experience requirement:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a web development or technical solutions role.
  • Prior client-facing experience.
  • Agile, lean, or similar development methodologies/experience.
  • Experience working for a high growth SaaS company.
