Full-Stack Developer (JavaScript)

Collaborate with Product, Design, and UX to solve technical issues and build amazing guest experiences

Intelligently interpret UX wires and Design mocks into functional layouts and interfaces

Build and maintain extensible cross-browser and cross-device front end code

Push the boundaries of traditional web design by building high-performance, responsibly responsive, world class products

Research and experiment with the latest and greatest technologies to identify, test, and apply them to current and future projects

2+ years of experience in the fields of web and mobile development and design

Multidisciplinary developer/designer hybrid with a passion for modern web development

and design

Advanced experience with modern web programming languages and standards: JavaScript, CSS3, HTML5, Ruby, Python, etc

Advanced experience with modern web frameworks and libraries: jQuery, Dojo, Sinatra, Rails, Flask, Django, etc

Advanced experience with current tools and techniques for building rich client-side applications and user experiences: Node, Express, Backbone, etc.

Experience in developing rich interactive experiences: game development and design,

CSS3 animation, DOM manipulation, , , , WebGL, etc

Experience in creative coding and computational art: Processing, openFrameworks,

Cinder, Arduino, computer vision, Kinect hacking, Flash (*gasp!*), etc

Familiarity with software version control, preferably Git and GitHub

Familiarity with software development methodologies: Agile, Scrum, XP; iterative and incremental development

Well-versed in design process and tools

Excellent eye for visual design and user interaction

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience with mobile development: Objective-C/iOS, Java/Android, web apps

BS in Computer Science / BFA in Digital Media Art or equivalent experience
