Full Stack Developer

We are looking to expand our team of experienced full stack developers to work across our entire ecosystem of healthcare payer platforms. The ideal candidate needs to be able to hit the ground running in our fast-paced environment and be comfortable to iterate quickly and push new code on a daily basis.

Responsibilities

Building dynamic, responsive web applications across front-end, back-end and database layer.
Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve software and processes
Develop and implement web services and APIs.
Write high quality, high-performing and well-tested code
Coordinate development efforts with internal and vendor teams.
Provide production management support input for the design of new application builds.
Turn design requirements and prototypes into working applications
Design for and deploy to cloud infrastructure
Analyze and improve efficiency, stability, scalability and security
Work closely with the technology and design teams

The Experience You’ll Need (Required)

Front-end (CSS) framework like Foundation or Bootstrap
Back-end programming languages like PHP, Python, Ruby, Java, .NET, Node.js, etc.
Advanced JavaScript libraries and frameworks such as AngularJS, KnockoutJS, BackboneJS, ReactJS, DurandalJS etc.
Database technologies like MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
Web server technologies like Apache, Nginx, ISS, etc.
Development experience for both mobile and desktop.
Experience with chatbot APIs and usage of push notifications.
Knowledge of code versioning tools such as Git, Mercurial or SVN
Work experience with web platforms like Heroku and AWS
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
5+ years of overall IT experience
3+ years of experience building mobile and web apps with above technology stacks
Self-starter, self-motivated, able to work independently, prioritize effectively, and perform multiple tasks under minimal supervision
