Full Charge Bookkeeper/Office Manager

Boutique marketing agency in the Galleria area is seeking an experienced, full-time Full Charge Bookkeeper / Office Manager that has a strong work ethic and positive attitude, is a problem-solver, passionate about their work and has the ambition to grow.

Duties: Full Charge Bookkeeper that will manage all financial aspects of the business and will also manage all aspects of running a small business, including Office Manager duties.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Daily oversight of AP & AR functions
  • Daily cash reporting
  • Reconciliation of accounts/media for specific clients
  • Daily maintenance of multiple spreadsheets for different financial reports
  • Maintain and monitor multiple account balances for company
  • Monthly reconciliations for both clients and company
  • Bi-Weekly payroll and maintain proper reports for some HR functions
  • General Ledger experience is a plus
  • Compile and create month-end financial statements and year-end statements for CPA; which include prepare 1099’s and W-2’s at year-end.

Must be structured & have a strong attention to detail and have excellent communication, both written and spoken with co-workers, clients and all management.

Skills: Proficiency with QuickBooks Pro, Excel, Microsoft Office and office equipment.

Experience: 2-3 years of Accounting experience; marketing or media experience is a plus, but not required

Salary: Around $45,000, but commensurate with experience, plus competitive benefits
