Full Charge Bookkeeper

Job Title: Full Charge Bookkeeper
Pay Scale: $50,000 – $55,000/yr DOE + Benefits
Work Hours: 8:00am t
o 5:00pm, Monday through Friday

Primary Job Function: Responsible for accurate and timely financial reporting. This position will also be responsible for maintaining efficient internal controls, adherence to accounting policies and other company policies and procedures. Responsible for collections of all A/P, A/R functions and assisting with certain HR tasks.

Required Qualifications:

• Must pass drug and background screens
• Expert QuickBooks skills
• Advanced computer skills
• Well organized and ability to work independently
• Detail-oriented, able to multi-task
• Combined five years of bookkeeping, customer service, project management or equivalent combination of education and experience
