Front Office Receptionist

We are looking for someone with a warm and friendly personality and have great people skills. You must be must be a team player, able to multi task, self starter, proactive, goal driven, and a health-minded individual to join our team! Must have at least 2+ years minimum experience in a medical office. We are looking for a motivated, well organized, energetic person who understands that customer service/patient advocacy is the number one priority and that patients will always come first!

Duties will include but are not limited to running all aspects of a front office:

• Answering multiple phone lines
• EMR, scheduling appointments for multiple providers
• Must be willing to learn
• Greeting patients
• Insurance questions
• Handling patient finances
• Coordinating with other employees
• Managing & Coordinating Staff/Business Growth/Internal/External Marketing
• All daily front office operations of a busy clinic

This is a full time position Monday through Friday. 8:00 am until 5:00 pm. No evenings or weekends ever.

Blue Door Therapeutics is a brand-new, pre-launch medical clinic offering treatment and services to patients with Opiate Use Disorder. This includes patients physically dependent upon or addicted to opiates. Services offered are: medical consultation, group therapy, individual therapy, family therapy, nutrition counseling, fitness counseling, acupuncture and body work (massage). Blue door is a medical facility located in Scottsdale with a projected launch of April, 2017.

Education: You must have a high school diploma or GED at minimum. No exceptions.

Experience in Behavioral Health is a plus.
