The Digital Solutions Development organization of MassMutual’s Customer Experience Business Group seeks an exceptional and experienced Front End Developer. This is an opportunity to work in a fast paced, innovative, and collaborative environment on exciting technology directives. This position can be located in our Boston or New York City offices.

Job Responsibilities & Requirements 3-5+ years’ experience with front end development and UI/UX design experience Comprehensive understanding of front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS, JavaScript Experience with jQuery, jQuery UI Extensive experience with Backbone.js, ReactJS , Redux, or similar JavaScript frameworks a must Experience writing unit tests using jsdom , chai, sinon , enzyme, or similar JavaScript testing frameworks a must Experience with developing RESTful applications Ability and previous experience creating wireframes and mockups Experience with design tools such as PhotoShop, Illustrator Experience collaborating with a team of programmers with varying skillsets Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work in a rapid and iterative development environment Superior communication skills with the ability to work directly with business partners Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. with or without sponsorship Winning Ways • Focus on the Customer: Know your customers well; add value with a sense of urgency • Act with Integrity: Be trustworthy, adhere to high ethical standards and adhere to the letter and spirit of applicable laws, rules, regulations, and company policies • Value People: Lead people to success; appreciate diverse backgrounds, ideas, and experiences • Work Collaboratively: Partner with others to achieve results that leverage the right resources • Achieve Results: Focus on winning; consistently exceeds expectations, beat the competition
