The Doubletree Atlanta Marietta is newly renovated and looking for an experienced Front Office Manager to help take our market leading hotel to the next level. Prior Hilton experience preferred.

The Front Office Manager is responsible for all front office operations and supervises Transportation, Guest Service Agents and Night Audit. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented leader with excellent communication skills, and a passion for exceeding guest expectations.

Primary Responsibilities:

Ensure efficient check in and check out of guests, ensuring that all Front Office brand & quality standards are consistently applied.

Track and monitor guest satisfaction surveys acting to resolve guest issues in a timely manner, and proactively implement policies to ensure the highest levels of guest satisfaction.

Prepare weekly forecast and assist in development of room budget.

Create weekly schedules to provide maximum efficiency.

Monitor and control payroll and other expenses

Attend weekly Management, Banquet Event Order and Revenue Maximization meetings.

Recruit, interview, hire, train, counsel, and discipline as needed all front office staff, ensuring timely completion of performance appraisals.

Develop strong relationships with the sales team to implement strategies to continually improve revenues and profits.

Monitor and maintain front office systems and equipment to ensure their optimum performance.

Perform any other job related duties as assigned.

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of Front Office Manager or Assistant Front Office Manager

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $45,000.00 to $55,000.00 /year
