FP&A Manager

Job Summary

Exciting opportunity to lead the FP&A Function of a $100M, 50-location healthcare group in Englewood, CO!

Looking for a confident, energetic FP&A professional with excellent client service skills to improve operational performance through better data, more visibility, and accountability. You will help to support their rapid expansion of operations, establish and implement budgeting, forecasting, and planning processes, and help in the integration of new acquisitions.

Must have experience in operational analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and full P&L management. The role reports to the CFO with extensive exposure to executive management.

Responsibilities

• Support integration of new acquisitions
• Forge strong business partnerships and provide financial analysis and decision support to all stakeholders
• Provide key business and financial leadership to the operations function
• Establish and implement relevant operational KPIs, ensure proper measurement and alignment with financial results of the organization
• Partner with management team to identify, quantify and measure efficiency opportunities.
• Prepare monthly management reports and other presentations that will be communicated to key stakeholders in the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
• MBA preferred
• BI experience a plus
• 2-10 years of progressive FP&A experience in multi-location organization of $50M or more in revenues

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $80,000.00 to $120,000.00 /year
