Supervisor’s Title: Program Director

Location: Macon, GA

Position Qualifications:
Advanced degree in human services discipline

Three years experience working with children and/or families with emotional or behavioral disabilities.

Excellent Computer Skills

Excellent Written and Oral Communication Skills

Excellent Organizational Skills and Self Motivated

Successful Completion of all required criminal background checks

Position Responsibilities:
Oversees the case coordination of services to foster youth under the supervision of the Program Director or designated treatment staff.

Oversees the development of the ISP

Maintains a caseload and complies with the duties required of a Case Manager job description.

Collaborates in the development and planning along with the case manager for the child regarding treatment program matters, including visitation, health, education, safety and permanency goals.

Participates in monthly case consultation with the case manager to review status of each foster youth in services.

Assist and recommends to the case manager potential referrals for the youth for support services and ensures therapeutic services are provided as needed.

Assists the Program Director in ongoing review of cases to ensure that the files meet quality standards.
