Overview

Delta Global Services, a wholly owned subsidiary of Delta Air Lines Inc, has a Flight Scheduler I job in Atlanta, GA through our Staffing Division. This Flight Scheduler I job will require the individual to be responsible for the following.

Responsibilities:

Flight attendant trip coverage on all Delta flights while communicationg effectively with field leaders.
Manage all processes by using cost-effective strategies and adhere to Delta/FFA Work Rules
Provide adequate staffing for flight attendant
Administer flight attemdamt wprl rules
Monitor, research and resolve computer alerts dealing with flight attendant and aircraft
Process monthly flight attendat schedule bids
Maintain working knowledge of FFA regulations and flight attendant work rules
Serve as a resource crew members and field leaders on scheduling issues
Provide high level of customer service and practice safety at all times

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of airline operations/scheduling experience preferred
Highly organized
Should be able to accomplish mathematical computations, read, write, and comprehend at a high school graduate level.
Should possess the ability to work effectively with personnel of various backgrounds.
Should possess the ability to quickly assess all aspects relating to functions of scheduling and arrive at solutions to scheduling problems with an acceptable degree of expertise
A working knowledge of Scheduling, PWA, DBMS Systems, OSS Systems, and FAR’s required.
