Who We Need

Corporate FP&A team in Malwarebytes is a small and relatively new team and this position reports to the Director of FP&A. We are looking for a passionate, committed and persistent individual who is not afraid of digging transaction details as well as handling complicated excel model. Desirable candidate would be someone who is thoughtful, collaborative and passionate for technology.

What You’ll Do

This position will be assisting Director of FP&A including, but not limited to the following areas (as the learning curve ramps, ownership will increase):

• Assist on planning, reporting and analysis on the following areas:
• Headcount
• OPEX
• Billings/Revenue
• Provide support for updating/developing financial models
• Support the development of analytical and reporting tools, processes, and metrics
• Update quarterly and monthly financial dashboard and reports
• Provide assistance to business partnership with department executives/managers

Skills You’ll Need to Have

The ideal candidate would be someone who has the following skills/experience and is also capable of working independently if needed:

• Bachelor’s Degree in business, finance, accounting, statistics, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in Finance – experience in financial planning and analysis strongly preferred
• (Strong emphasis) Advanced knowledge of MS-Excel (Formula, Pivot tables, PowerPivot)
• Working knowledge of MS-Access or other DB tool
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Experience with BI tool (e.g. Business Objects), Salesforce, and NetSuite preferred
• Possess solid written and verbal communication skills
• Well organized, attention to detail and ability to properly prioritize under fast paced environment
• Customer focused and strong teamwork skills
