Job Summary

Position Summary

The Operations Specialist will serve as an account manager for outsourcing clients subscribing to various services offered by MD Solutions InSourcing Advantage.

Position Responsibilities

• Portfolio reconciliation
• New and Terminated Account Processing
• Review automation daily error logs
• Performance and Composite Maintenance
• Assist clients with the correction of errors or omissions
• Continuously identify areas for improved operational efficiency
• Provide training for clients when necessary
• Document Procedures
• Respond to client inquiries
• Special Projects

Required Qualifications:

• Education: bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics.
• Ability to learn new technologies and skills quickly.
• Knowledge of financial industry and securities markets is a plus.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel and Word
• Detail oriented person with strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skillls.

Ideal candidate will have morning availability. Position is flexible depending on candidate for full time or part time.
