Financial Decision Support Analyst

Reporting to the CFO, the Financial/Decision Analyst is responsible for a variety of projects concerning the operations of the hospital. The Analyst will work closely with Senior Administration to provide in-depth analysis and recommendation of major business/operation/financial decisions. The Analyst will be responsible for creating and maintaining reports from multiple information systems used by CEH. Creates, researches and analyzes data not readily available for complex decisions such as strategic planning/marketing, employee/departmental productivity, etc.


Qualifications

  • Degree in Business Administration or Finance with a heavy concentration in Statistical and Operational Analysis
  • Experience in healthcare field preferable
  • Ability to program in computer language(s) in order to extract data preferred.
  • Thorough understanding of data base management/data analysis
  • Must be flexible in working with several individuals or projects.
  • Good critical thinking skills
  • Project management skills
  • Good financial accounting skills
  • Good communication skills and ability to explain complex information to a variety of audiences.
  • Ability to remain confidential.
