Financial and Reporting Analyst

Job Overview

As Financial and Reporting Analyst, you will primarily be responsible for financial analysis, reporting, operational/executive dashboard development and building financial planning, modeling and forecasting models. You will work with the Nutrabolt accounting and finance team to develop tools to drive actions to support the company’s strategic pillars. You will work with the accounting and finance teams to ensure data integrity and data accuracy and identify and communicate opportunities for growth, cost reduction and process improvements.

Day in the Life of:

• You will assist in the development of customer and product profitability analysis tools and models.
• You will document and industrialize current reporting to increase frequency and accuracy.
• You will promote data ownership by building monitoring establish data and information transparency.
• You will develop monthly, quarterly and annual cash, profit and balance sheet forecast dashboards to monitor processes and create cross functional ownership.
• You will develop process monitoring and workflow management terms to improve customer deduction tracking and analytics, cash applications, receivables and payables management and transparency of account coding.
• You will empower other team members to use validated data and formulas to review their own area and cost controls.
• You will design and deploy operational decision support system to improve cash collections and cash disbursements planning.

Our Ideal Candidate:

• Has a Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or MIS (preferred)
• Has experience mining information form an ERP environment, Microsoft AX, JD Edwards, IFS or Oracle and structuring a data warehouse and decision support systems.
• Has experience in business analytics, e.g. Tableau, Qlikview, DOMO or Power BI.
• Has working knowledge of SQL, EXCEL, ACCESS or Monarch.
• Has the ability to work in a team setting; cross functionally and collaboratively.
• Has strong prioritization and decision-making skills in a complicated data and changing task environment.
