Financial Analyst / Underwriter – CMBS

Work on all aspects of real estate finance from marketing, to deal packaging, financial analysis, deal processing, negotiation and closing. You will be expected to work hard – and have excellent upside potential if you can master the skills.

• Assist bankers in screening deals, including spreading project historical or pro forma operating information using Excel models and conducting analyses of tenant’s and borrower’s financial condition
• Work with bankers to complete term sheets and applications
• Participate in the transaction approval process, including site inspections and interacting with credit committee, b-buyers, and rating agencies

Job Requirements:

• Approximately 2-7 years of experience in commercial finance, real estate finance, consulting, real estate brokerage, or investment banking
• A 4-year degree from a leading undergraduate university program
• Strong quantitative aptitude, communication skills and a desire to work hard are a must
