Financial Analyst (Part-Time)

The mission of Hooters is to “Make People Happy”; The Financial Analyst is responsible for providing operational and financial analysis and support to the finance team. This position pulls and prepares reports then extract and manipulate data for actual reporting results.

This is a Part –Time opportunity which consist of on average 1 – 3 work days per week with Monday’s being a required work day.

Responsibilities:
Key Metrics

  • Produce sales or financial reporting data with detailed outline for the operations team
  • Subject matter expert when developing and delivering data analysis
  • Support and serve as a resource to finance and operations team members
  • Primary Accountabilities

    Financial Analysis

    · Entering, extracting, manipulating and transferring/ reporting data to/from multiple systems.

    · Prepare and analyze data related to restaurant operations

    · Assist in creating various financial reports to show results and/or forecast

    · Ability to determine analysis results to be correct and reasonable

    · Responds to request for ad-hoc reporting or analysis requested.

    · Daily use of MS Excel using advanced features, such as pivot tables and v-look ups.

    • High level of knowledge in Microsoft Office Products; and applicable accounting/financial programs

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
    • 2+ years’ Analysis experience
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products
    • Sales or financial reporting experience a plus
    • Microsft Query, SQL, or equivalent experince a plus
    • Ability to commit to a long –term part – time opportunity between 1 – 3 work days per week (Monday’s are required)
