Financial Analyst (New College Grad)

We are now looking for a Financial Analyst. What you’ll be doing:
You will provide in-depth financial analysis of actual spend to drive insights on trends, investment areas and opportunities to optimize decision making.
You will assist in developing the forecasting models for various spend categories to slice and dice data and understand the financial health of each department.
You will review, analyze and forecast expense, headcount, and capital.
You will handle monthly journal entry accruals, budget vs actual variance analyses and risk/opportunity tracking.
You will prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly management reporting package.
You will compile monthly royalty reports, review revenue terms with the contract, and calculate royalty payments.
You will produce sales reports for developers.
You’ll review contracts and working closely with the Accounting and Tax teams to apply proper GAAP accounting. What we need to see:
You have recently obtained a Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance.
You have 1-3 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, modeling, and forecasting.
You have strong Microsoft Excel and Power Point skills with exposure to ERP systems. SAP experience is a plus.
You have the ability to multi-task and work in a dynamic high matrix environment.
You work independently, identify and solve problems proactively, and clearly identify key issues to management.
You are able to participate in cross-functional business projects and ad-hoc analyses on as-needed basis. Ways to stand out from the crowd:
SAP experience including BPC Business Planning.
You graduated from a Top 20 Business School.
You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
You are a creative and innovative teammate with a positive approach and a focus on business issues.
You can build successful relationships and partner with Director and VP level leaders.
