Financial Analyst Intern

Job Summary

The Financial Analyst will work closely with the finance, and asset management teams and will assist the team with basic to complex financial modeling, supporting asset management efforts, performing economic and market research, and assisting with project management tasks.

The ideal candidate has interest in the real estate field and has strong quantitative, analytical and communications skills. The candidate must be a highly-motivated self-starter, have the ability to work both independently and in a team environment, and thrive in an entrepreneurial and fast-paced company culture. Employee must be able to work from the home office located in Homewood, CA.
