Financial Analyst II

This position is located in San Antonio, Texas.

Provides technological, financial, and operational support to Baylor College of Medicine Pediatrics – Administration located at Children’s Hospital of San Antonio.

• Gathers and organizes data and assists in budget preparation.
• Designs and maintains pertinent databases.
• Monitors expenses.
• Develops and prepares specialized financial reports.
• Analyzes and presents recommendations to management based on financial reports.
• May consult on systems solutions for accounting issues.
• May coordinate projects related to EHR Incentive Programs (Meaningful Use) driven by the electronic exchange of information to improve coordination of care, track outcomes, identify cost, and improve consumer engagement.

Required: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

Required: Three years financial analysis work experience.

• Must be detail oriented and be able to analyze a variety of financial documents.
• CPA, preferred.
