Financial Analyst I

This position will assist in the preparation of company-wide forecasts and assumptions linking financial targets to strategy. Assist with benchmarking comparison and performance analysis. Perform monthly tasks including but not limited to board reporting, financial forecast and assumption modeling, and work with LOB leaders to determine impacts of forecast. Other corporate finance duties as assigned.

• Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Mgmt (with emphasis in Accounting) or related area or equivalent work experience
• Demonstrates proficiency in Excel
• Demonstrates decision making, analytical & problem solving skills
• Demonstrates excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrates time management & organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities
• Demonstrates attention to detail
• Knowledge of finance & accounting principles
• Knowledge of Hyperion Essbase and Planning
