Financial Analyst I will be responsible for the oversight of the corporate card programs (Purchasing, Fuel, & Travel). This role will perform analysis on credit card transactions, employee reimbursements, and payments.

This position will interface directly with Coca-Cola Bottlers employee base to ensure compliance to the corporate card programs. The Financial Analyst I will also serve as a liaison between the Coca-Cola Bottlers and the Credit Card Service Providers.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepare data analysis for Corporate Card Programs.

Reconcile monthly corporate card transactions, complete period end processes, and analyze accrual balances to ensure appropriate allocation.

Assist cardholders in reconciling complex account discrepancies and issues.

Provide assistance and training to cardholders on policy guidelines and card program activities.

Communicate key card activities to a variety of stakeholders.

Build relationships with business stakeholders to recognize key impediments and concerns promptly.

Perform audits of corporate card transactions and expense reports to ensure proper card usage and compliance according to company guidelines.

Create various adhoc reports and perform analysis as required. Requirements

EDUCATION

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or other business related field or equivalent combination of education and work experience required.

Master’s Degree in Business or other related preferred.

EXPERIENCE:
Three (3) plus years in Financial Analysis role.

Strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills to interact with all levels of the organization.

Effective organization skills to prioritize work and multitask.

Proficiency and experience in analyzing and reconciling data; strong attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
