Primary Responsibilities:
Calculating and forecasting Internal and External Agent commission expense for monthly close processes

Analyzing and submitting Client and Corporate commission expenses

Collaborating with various teams outside of the Finance Department to ensure best business practices

Working with high volume sets of data utilizing MS Access

Performing variance analysis, data reconciliations and regularly reporting updates

Researching and resolving Agent commission related inquiries, requiring thorough investigation of each unique situation to determine the proper course of action

Supporting Ad-Hoc business requests and reporting needs

Assisting with User Acceptance Testing efforts

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related

0-3 years relevant work or internship experience Preferred Qualifications:

Intermediate Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint

Experience with MS Access

Ability to work efficiently, prioritize work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Team player

Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, attention to detail, written and verbal communication skills

W illingness to excel, take initiative, and be challenged
