Duties are:

Financial Analyst is responsible to manage day-to-day operational matters in collaboration with the regional Senior Vice President & Vice President, Business Support, assisting in planning, retaining and directing operational initiatives, policies and protocols. In addition, the BSA will assist in budget, forecast and long term plan preparation and management.

Manage senior executive expenses * Crisis management support * Support of field staff related to purchasing system, AP issues and other select systems * Assist field staff with ADP or credit card issues * Coordinating the mailing of proposals * Request J/E information

Provides and analyzes financial reports and provides data to management and other internal partners. * Assists in producing presentations, reports, ongoing analysis as required. * Assists in the budget, forecast and long term plan process

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Operations or a related field.
• Energy and water projects experience is preferable
• Five (5) years and more of progressive operational, accounting or finance, and/or management experience in operations with a proven track record and demonstrated aptitude with large complex service provider organization. Experience in an administrative capacity for a project, program or department is also beneficial.
