Pinnacle Partners is conducting a search for a company in Columbus, IN in need of a Financial Analyst. This is a newly created position due to growth that will be tasked with a variety of different financial planning and analysis functions: financial reporting, discounted cash flow analysis, dashboard creation, budgeting/financial management, process re-engineering, and ad hoc project management, among other things. This position will be an integral piece to the company’s Finance operation.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, etc. required

3+ years of financial analysis experience required

Advanced Excel skills required

Experience in a manufacturing setting highly preferred

MBA or leadership development experience preferred

Salary

This position will pay up to $65,000 (+ bonus), depending on experience.
