Financial Analyst

This position will report to the Chief Financial Officer and work closely with other departments including Accounting, Resources, and Operations.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare financial reports and provide assistance to include flash reports, job costing and post-job analysis, labor budget planning report, month-end reports
• Use data from various systems to create a more proactive and profitable approach to sales, pricing, inventory, and labor analysis
• Assist with month-end closing process to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiencies within the accounting process
• Coordinate and provide financial information and assistance to other locations
• Create tools and processes to improve and integrate systems
• Develop and implement performance metrics and benchmarking tools using data collection to establish appropriate goals
• Use quantitative data to measure progress and create predictive models
• Develop tools to help with forecasting
• Perform month-end variance analysis
