Major responsibilities:

– Ensure payments are processed

– QuickBooks

– Prepare Month End Financials

– Maintain and update customer files to sustain data integrity

– Payroll

-Able to work Monday to Friday 9:00am to 6:00pm.

-Bilingual (English and Spanish)

– Strong communication skills and able to receive criticism well

– Ability to analyze

– Experience using accounting software QuickBooks

– Accounts receivable

– Deep understanding of accounts receivable
