Financial Analyst 1

Position will be held accountable for:

• Client invoicing to include monthly project invoices in accordance to executed contract terms.
• Assisting in resolving aging account receivable and unbilled actuals.
• Coordinate information and communications for assigned projects by collaborating with various Finance groups to ensure all financial and budget requirements are achieved both monthly and quarterly.
• Act as an advisor to the Clinical Project Leads to ensure billing submissions are properly submitted.
• Work independently and on a team to ensure coverage and assigned tasks are current.
• Provide cross-coverage support and assistance as assigned.
• Follow standard billing practices
• Commit to achieving set goals and deadlines

Qualifications

Preference will be given to candidates with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting and 1-2 years of related experience in the CRO or Pharma industry. Candidates who do not possess the above educational requirements may also be considered if they possess the equivalent in training or experience.
