Financial Analysis & Treasury Analyst

Cooper’s Hawk Winery and Restaurant is continuing to open more restaurants across the country, and due to this growth, we are adding to our Finance team. In this new role, the Financial Analysis & Treasury Analyst will support the business through significant financial reporting and analysis activities, as well as various treasury responsibilities. This position is based in Countryside, but we will be moving to brand-new office space in Woodridge in early 2018.

Responsibilities:
Assist management in the preparation, review, and analysis of annual budgets and periodic forecasts

Prepare regular financial reporting for management review to support day-to-day operations and the long-term decision making of the business

Perform significant monthly and other ad hoc analysis within various segments of the business and create associated business analysis presentations

Manage and reconcile daily cash positions for the company

Assist with cash forecasting and variance analysis

Build effective working relationships across business, influence decision making through effective reporting, analysis and recommendations

Prepare financial presentations for company management and investor community

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting

0-2 years of experience in financial planning and analysis or treasury role

Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing, entrepreneurial environment

Actively seeks to develop knowledge and skills as a continuous learner

Ability to demonstrate acute attention to detail

Possess a high level of intellectual curiosity and strong problem solving skills
