OUR PROGRAM

The Maxus 2017 Summer Internship Program gives aspiring young professionals an opportunity to learn more about the media world and Maxus. The full time program will begin on June 5th, and continue through August 4th, 2017. Throughout the program, we’ll hold weekly lunch & learns with different members of our Leadership team. You’ll gain insight into different career avenues and disciplines within the media world. As an intern, you will be work closely with the Maxus Finance team.

THE DAY TO DAY

• Assist in maintaining agency timesheet compliance, including updating approvers and uploading approved timesheets

• Run and analyze financial reports

• Attend status meetings and weekly lunch and learn sessions

• Additional responsibilities as assigned

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

You’re entering your junior or senior year of college, with a strong interest in pursuing a career in finance after graduating. An aptitude to work with numbers, excellent communication skills, and an ability to multitask seamlessly are essential. A prior internship in a related field is a plus, but not required. An interest in media is a plus. You also know your way around Microsoft Office Suite – particularly Excel.
