Finance Manager – Revenue Analytics

Revenue analytics role in the dynamic advertising business covering business models across Microsoft’s online properties (Xbox, MSN), internal partnerships (LinkedIn, Search) and external partnerships (AppNexus, Aol). We are looking for a strong analytical and collaborative team member to partner with publisher and product leads to assess revenue opportunities.

Key Deliverables:

– Closely partner with business and product teams to understand business performance and summarize into executive-ready learnings

– Work closely with Monetization team to define future partnership models for revenue as well as defining revenue key performance indicators

– Participate in revenue rhythm – reporting, forecasting & budgeting

– Lead special projects as needed related to new partnerships & models

Experience:

– BA/BS in Finance or Accounting from accredited university, MBA preferred

– Minimum 3 years financial or business analysis

– Works well with ambiguity, pays close attention to details, has polished interpersonal skills and has strong verbal and written communication skills

– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to identify business issues and to summarize key business drivers

– Self-starter with the ability to multi-task and effectively manage priorities

– Must possess strong finance/accounting skills and have advanced proficiency in Excel & Power Point.
