Finance Manager

KnowledgeWave, an exciting and growing online learning and training company in South Burlington, is seeking a part-time finance manager. The position will require approximately 20 hours per week with flexibility on the specific days and times. Responsibilities will include monthly financial closings and reporting, budget preparation, invoicing, collections, reconciliations, payroll, accounts payable, and other financial related activities. Salary range is dependent upon experience. Minimum of two years experience in the above listed responsibilities is required and must be able to work independently in all of the above areas. Proficiency in Excel, Quickbooks (or other similar financial application), and other Microsoft Office applications is required.
