Finance Analyst – May Graduate

    Description and Responsibilities :
    Finance Analyst, Operations

    • Analyze and record material purchase accruals, inventory adjustments, freight accruals and market adjustments in relation to inventory at manufacturing locations.
    • Develop tools and reporting methods for variance reporting that identify and analyze key variables which affect the financial performance of the business.
    • Provide decision-making support to operations management team by providing accurate financial and statistical data.
    • Develop, prepare and present, mid-year and yearly budget projections
    • Assist in the development and implementation of process improvement initiatives in the manufacturing facility.

    Qualifications :
    Qualifications:

    – Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or foreign equivalent in Accounting/Finance or related area

    – Strong interpersonal skills with the proven ability to build and maintain relationships and communicate professionally to all levels of an organization

    – Excellent time management and organizational skills

    – Ability to work as part of a team environment

    – Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
