Finance Analyst – Entry Level

This position will support a myriad of program finance functions in support of ADP (Skunkworks) in Palmdale, California. Responsibilities will include: establishing and managing program cost baselines, tracking and reconciling costs and commitments, monitoring program funding requirements, conducting variance analysis, and developing explanations and recommendations for corrective actions as needed. The successful candidate will promptly open and close charge numbers using the WBS and IO Workbenches, utilize SAP and Visiflow to evaluate contract billing and payment status, prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports, conduct Estimate at Complete analysis (EAC) and present program status to various levels of leadership. The candidate will also assist with monthly financial metric reporting such as orders, sales, cash flow, and headcount, as well as development of the Long Range Plan. The ability to obtain a Secret clearance is required.

This is a Blue Sky requisition contingent upon program award.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 1-3 years work experience.

• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite – Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

Desired skills

• Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business.

• Experience with Artemis CostView strongly preferred

• Experience with Systems, Applications, Products Software (SAP)

• Experience with Hyperion / Accounting Data Analysis and Reporting (ADAR)

• Experience with Horizon Orders Booking Application

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, team environment
