Finance Analyst Enabling Teams

The Global Finance Organization at Monsanto has an opportunity available for a Financial Analyst to join our team. This role leads the financial relationship with Corporate Services, Law, ESH and Strategy to provide all levels of financial support including reporting, analysis, and related processes.

Specific duties include:

• Leading the forecast, budget and LRP process
• Responsible for cost center management, including executive cost center reporting and analysis
• Key member of functional leadership teams as their finance partner, discussing a wide variety of functional related items with senior leadership and providing high quality financial analysis to drive more effective business decisions for the function
• Proactively analyzing key drivers of spend, recommending options and supporting the functions to achieve spending targets
• Monthly reporting of global results
• Ad hoc reporting and analysis, including support of Corporate Services capital planning
• Leading policy discussion and implementation
• Ensuring compliance with CCPs and SOX control documentation
• Monitoring the monthly close process and interaction with accounting and regional finance teams
• Finance training on new or changes to any relevant processes
• Managing DOA process for the functional teams
• Track and report deal related expenses working closely with ERPC, Strategy and Law teams
