Finance Analyst 3

Hanson Consulting Group is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to join one of our Microsoft client teams. We are looking for an independent, strong communicator with a strong finance background who is able to engage in a full 18-month contract. This position may require some flexibility with hours as it is in a dynamic group.

General Functions Include but are not Limited to:

• Assisting with month-end close, forecasting and budgeting
• Creation of month-end and ad hoc reporting
• Analyzing data and variance analysis
• Ability to identify and work to resolve data discrepancies
• Must be able to engage with business partners directly
• Develop self-help content and conduct periodic training sessions

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
• 5-7 years of Financial Analysis experience
• Extremely detailed oriented
• Excellent communication skills across multiple organizations and levels
• Prior Microsoft experience a plus but not required
