Finance Analyst

• Financially support DLR Experience Integration businesses, which could include Park Operations & Training, Entertainment Support Services, Program Management, Events Operations, Workforce Management, F&B / Merchandise, Industrial Engineering & Ops Planning, and Guest Experience Development
• Partner with Experience Integration leadership to define, plan and prioritize Disneyland Resort growth and productivity strategies. Lead and coordinate project work, collaborating with business areas to determine resource needs, recommend solutions and drive site strategy
• Seek out opportunities for increased efficiency initiatives. Work collaboratively with Experience Integration partners to develop strategies that increase overall organizational effectiveness and financial profitability
• Assist in financial planning and processes for Experience Integration businesses; includes Long Term Plan, Annual Operating Plan, and monthly forecasts
• Provide analytical support and thought leadership to drive various business analyses and ad hoc projects
• Regularly interact with executives and senior management on matters concerning multiple functional areas, divisions and/or clients
• Prepare comprehensive business reviews and updates to Executive-level audiences

• Demonstrated success in understanding and presenting complex business issues and identifying creative solutions
• Demonstrated proficiency in pro forma development, quantitative analysis, and financial modeling
• Demonstrated strong organizational skills, as well as continuous improvement skills
• Exceptional presentation, verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to meet deadlines, handle multiple priorities and perform job responsibilities accurately while working in a fast-paced and vibrant environment
• 1-3 years of work experience with financial planning and reporting systems
• SAP, Excel, and PowerPoint proficiency
• Experience in annual budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and financial analysis
• Strong partnering skills and the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues from multiple business areas and various levels of management

• Prior WDP&R experience, especially in finance, business development and/or strategy roles
• Ability to deliver presentations and communication to audiences of all levels persuasively, articulately and with full command of the topic
• Excellent communication, presentation, influencing and strategic thinking skills; ability to translate a concept into the financial elements and explain to multiple stakeholders within the organization

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting or equivalent
