This is an un paid internship position located in our Downtown Manhattan office.

Primary Responsibilities:

Responsibilities will include-but are not limited to

Ø Assist in sourcing, evaluating, and acquiring income-producing properties in the United States

Ø Create and analyze necessary property-specific financial models for acquisitions and disposition opportunities

Ø Review industry surveys and benchmarks, economic and demographic trends

Ø Assist with preparing and presenting analysis results in a clear and concise manner

Ø Assist in managing reports produced by third parties in conjunction with underwriting and due diligence related activities

Qualifications:

Ø Strong math and analytical skills with a basic understanding of finance and accounting concepts

Ø Strong oral and written communication skills

Ø Team player with the ability to maintain open and honest working relationships with supervisors and co-workers
