Role Summary

Through our paid training, our technicians master the ins and outs of locating pool leaks, patching them and properly repairing them, the Red Rhino way! Equipped with the latest technology, and all the tools needed to be successful. Shortly after training, technicians roll out in a Red Rhino vehicle , wearing our Red Rhino gear with a company iPad ,.equipped as either a:

LEAK TECHNICIAN : methodically detecting and patching leaks, identifying the source of water loss to the customer and encouraging them to book the proper repair

-OR-

REPAIR TECHNICIAN : repairing, reconstructing and replacing pool components or even rebuilding the pool structure itself

Qualifications

• Great communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to attend 2-week training class in West Palm Beach, FL (accommodations provided)
• Valid FL driver’s license with good driving record
• Background check devoid of convictions for theft, fraud, larceny or similar
• You don’t have to be Michael Phelps, but ability to swim is a must
• Comfortable using technology (we are paperless and rely heavily on our iPads)
• Physically fit for the job, including but not limited to, working with heavy objects, balance, dexterity, clarity of vision, hand-eye coordination.
