Good, because we’re looking to add an ambitious, clever, and most importantly, kind-hearted/like-minded person to our team. We are eager to find the right person who can help further elevate the social media success of our brands, POPFLEX and POP Pilates.

Responsibilities

• Create/edit visual content and written content for various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, IG Stories, Snapchat, Pinterest, Twitter, YouTube etc.) that reflect the spirit, vision & voice of our brands.
• Devise strategies to grow and engage our audience on all social media platforms.
• Create plans to increase traffic to our blogs and websites.
• Develop and pitch out-of-the-box strategies for social media growth.
• Write copy for products on our e-commerce website(s).
• Write & create engaging newsletters weekly.
• Write articles on fitness, food, fashion, pop culture for our blogs in a friendly, conversational, but clever voice.
• Track key performance metrics on a weekly and monthly basis, providing regular platform metrics and competitive analysis to evolve strategy and develop content recommendations.
• Work with marketing team to identify and execute social media partnerships with publishers, media, brands, and influencers/celebrities.
• Create and manage relationships with influencers & brands on social media.

Qualifications

• Strong writer. Able to take on different styles of writing, different voices.
• Open to feedback, always willing to learn without an ego.

• Natural researcher, always reading, always on top of the newest industry knowledge
• Loves to communicate with people
• Loves to be on social media everyday
