Experienced Level 2 Technician / Remote Support

TeamLogicIT, the nation’s leading provider of computer support and managed IT services for small/medium sized companies, is recruiting an experienced Level 2 Technician for our remote Service and Support team. This is an excellent career opportunity.

We are looking for an IT professional with experience supporting servers, networks and desktop computers. You must have a minimum of 3-5 years of help desk and/or field experience to qualify for this position.

Responsible for supporting clients with all of their IT-related needs including server, network, and desktop support issues. Client’s environments are very technically diverse and range in complexity so the ideal candidate will need to be comfortable with a fast-paced environment and have the ability to prioritize activities and have outstanding problem solving skills.

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills are a must.

Requirements — Please do not apply unless you have hands experience (at least 3-5 years).The experience must be recent in the following areas:

– Extensive desktop support / troubleshooting

– Virus / Malware removal

– Computer / Hardware repair

– Windows Server Operating Systems

– Active Directory updates

– Router/Firewall configuration and troubleshooting

– VPN setup and troubleshooting

– Configuring backup solutions

– MS operating systems

– Microsoft Exchange / Outlook support

– Microsoft Office 365

– Configuring a variety of smart phones / tablets

– Some MAC OS experience helpful

Our firm requires certifications (CompTia and/or Microsoft).

Must be able to pass technical skills assessment, background/criminal check and drug screening process.
