Executive Vice President

Position Title: Executive Vice President

Position Location: Mid town Atlanta

Position Overview

Responsible for assisting the President/CEO in the overall management of the Credit Union. As
a member of the senior management team, responsible for ensuring financial stability and
member satisfaction commensurate with the best interest of the members, the employees, and
the Credit Union. Provide input on strategic direction and vision to the CEO.

Provide leadership and direction of day-to-day credit union operations and be an integral part of
investment practices and strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a key and active member of the senior management operating team
  • Managing the staff as well as the operations and financial working of the organization.

Responsible of supervising some of the major departments of the Credit Union. Participates in
planning and budgeting and maintains awareness of economic factors effecting the
achievement of established organizational goals.

  • Provide leadership for the development of strategic plans including objectives and strategy for

revenue and market growth

  • Drive efforts with staff and stakeholders to define an overall strategy that will drive the long

term growth of the organization

  • Development of all strategic plans and roadmaps in collaboration with CEO and Board of

Directors

  • Monitors business metrics in regard to revenues, profitability, market share and product

portfolio mix. Communicate these metrics to the senior management team

  • Establish effective relationship with business partners and leadership
  • Establish metrics for the measurement of product effectiveness
  • Manage the credit union in the CEO’s absence
  • Provide leadership to drive the execution of strategic business plans for meeting the credit
union overall business objectives

  • Responsible for the overall management of the revenue producing departments of the credit

union. Provide coaching, leadership and assistance with resources and strategy development

Education Requirements

  • BA/BS Undergraduate degree in Finance, Business or related field

Related work Experience

  • 3+ years of executive management experience in financial industry field
  • 5+ years in a leadership position
  • Experience in strategic planning and collaboration with executive, sales, product development
and key operational groups

  • Proven record of leadership and financial management with responsibility and establishing long

term strategic growth initiatives

  • Proven success and track record as an individual contributor and manager who has grown top

line results
