Executive Assistant to CEO

Our client is a top provider of critical services to businesses large and small. This highly successful company is searching for an Executive Assistant to support the CEO with a multitude of EA and operational responsibilities. In fact, we are calling the role Executive Operations. Of course, this role will require calendar management and scheduling; travel coordination; and communications management in all forms. But you will also be managing special projects that will include research, analysis and presentation prep; help manage teams and projects, and their schedules and budgets; plan and manage team offsites; and tackle other problems and opportunities as they arise. Your ability to organize is one of your key strengths; your communication skills in all mediums and at all levels is exemplary; you know Google Apps inside and out; travel planning is second nature to you; you have a track record in project management; and you have a solid background working in big company and going through scaling during your 5+ years’ of relevant experience; you’ve supported one or more very high-level executives; and preferably, you have a degree. The right candidate must also have some experience in recruiting and working directly with clients. The salary for this amazing role and opportunity around $140-150K, plus pre-IPO stock, meals and other benefits and the position is located in San Francisco.
