Executive Administrative Assistant

The Executive Administrative Assistant is responsible for the hotel’s Executive Office, supporting the General Manager and Director of Operations, and for assisting with analyzing data, writing reports and developing strategic plans. This role is also responsible for handling customer satisfaction inquiries, related correspondence and communication. The Executive Administrative Assistant will be asked to support the Reservations Department including handling guest room reservation requests for the hotel, providing guests with hotel facility information and answering questions relating to the hotel and local area.

Qualifications

A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment.

Ability to multi-task and work independently.

Strong analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills

Ability to interpret statistical reports (profit and loss, income statements, customer satisfaction data and other hotel-related reports)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills – including the ability to write complex documents

Proficient in computer programs including Microsoft Word and Excel

Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including mornings and afternoons. May include some weekends.
